WEAR RESISTANT MORTARS

 

Our “Denzic” and "Refrafloor" mortar lines are wear resistant linings, which provide superior protection against heavy erosive and corrosive wear at temperatures up to 1600°C. They can be applied by troweling, casting or spraying with adequate reinforcement like stainless steel bars and/or stainless expanded metal mesh and/ or steel fibers. They are also suitable for lining clinker, cement, slag and coal mills; cyclones and chutes.
